May is the month of Mental Health Awareness! Every time this month rolls around V “the plug” likes to bring some information that might benefit you and your loved ones on “Plug Talk” featured on Tastemakers Radio.

On an all-new episode, V partners with Inland Caregiver Resource Center (ICRC).

In this episode we learn that being a caregiver can be as minimal as taking care of your family members who need assistance prepping meals, picking up prescriptions, or even just helping them solve everyday concerns.

Furthermore, it can be even harder to be a caregiver during the pandemic we are currently in.

ICRC goes over the free virtual services available to take advantage of. Being that V is from the Inland community, she loves reaching out to help her community continue to improve.

ICRC provides services to the Counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono. ICRC is a non-profit organization and 1 out of 11 statewide system of Caregiver Resource Centers in the State of California.

If you live in another county your organization can be found here. For more information, you can listen to “Plug Talk” on streaming platforms Spotify, Apple, and Soundcloud at Tastemakers Radio. During these challenging times of the pandemic, we all know we are trying to keep our cool staying home.

If you’re looking for an outlet, Tastemakers is bringing you a variety of mixes with the best taste in music every week!

Listen to the Tastemakers Radio  Monday- Friday on the Dash Radio app on the Loud Station!
